We have been busy lately getting the site ready for launch. The viral video has now been completed and also the sign up page is done. It's all looking very good. Now the easy part...content for our site.! We have lots of goodies coming up. Andy has been doing most of the work with this and I must say I am very impressed with what he has done. He is feeling very energised
with the results so far.

It has been a difficult few weeks for him with getting all the research and information together to complete all that is needed for the viral video etc and sometimes he has felt very discouraged and frustrated with it..but he never gave up...Patience and Persistence, and knowing that what he is doing is going to be successful.

That is important to keep a person motivated and driving forward to the desired goal.

I finished editing a video for my mum, to introduce her to Lacey.

It's been great handling Lacey over the last week, she is progressing very well. She's a gentle giant.

The storm a couple of nights ago was amazing..it is the first week of August and we had hailstones..but that's not all they were massive.!

We never get hailstones so big. We have got pictures and video clips of the storm and will be putting it up here in the next day or so.

Took Stephen and a friend to Saltdean Beach today..they weren't having much joy catching crabs today..they tried for 2 hours and not a single crab until the chef in the cafe gave him some secret delicacy to catch the crabs with...Thankyou

They caught three in the end.

Andy and I sat on the cafe veranda and watched from a distance. After 3 hours though, our faces are looking a bit cherry red.

Yesterday I, Dee spent quite a bit of time looking for bookmarking buttons to put on our blog and after some searching I found what I wanted. The bookmarking button is really great, it has all the main bookmarking sites in a neat little button, no clutter. And it was free. Success.!

Andy was working on getting software to create his own music for the viral video. Hasn't quite found what he wants yet though. But having lots of fun trying out different programs.

It has given us some great ideas for different themes and music for other viral movies in the near future.

Cooking one of my favourite meals this evening which is jacket potatoe, home made chille and mixed chopped salad,, umm can't wait to eat it.!

Boy.! What a busy few days.! - All systems go

Been playing around with techy stuff this week, getting our creative juices flowing ready for our big launch day. Photobucket is so cool, we have been registered with it for over a year now and uploaded stuff to it but had not yet done a slideshow.!

So here is one Dee, quickly put together.

It's been all systems go here the last few days. It was very simple to do. :-)

We have so many projects on the go. I, Denise has started on my new membership website and both of us have been busy working on Andy's new project.

We are almost ready to put our new viral video together, just deciding what royalty free music to purchase for it. It's great fun being creative.

It's been so much fun gathering the pictures and music for this video. Andy finished the graphics for the header of his website..it looks great.!

We've just purchased a brilliant marketing training course..so that is going to keep us busy for a while..but our mouths are watering in anticipation.

Plus Ed Dale is keeping us busy with the 30 Day Challenge..we must say Ed, that the preseason has been brilliant, so very excited about the Challenge itself.

Taking Photos & Creating Videos

Here's a small peek of our afternoon on two beaches taking photos for our new viral video coming soon.

Today we spent the afternoon on Saltdean Beach and Peacehaven Beach taking pictures and short tutorial videos for our new viral movie.

We looked at royaly free photos but decided to do our own because we couldn't quite find the pictures we wanted and we wanted to create a lifestyle that is real and personal.

The weather was just right.

One of the great things about working from home is that we can be as creative as we want and even better is that we did today's tasks as a family. Stephen our son was in on the action.

It doesn't have to be expensive to create your own movies, not like the Hollywood movies :-)

It didn't cost us the earth to find our locations, pose and shoot.

Stephen sits puzzled as the ride finishes. They don't do the rides for very long these days.!

Flash Player Heaven.! - Lifelong Education And Growth

Andy's been playing around with Flash Player, he's been having loads of fun. He is preparing to build a splash page for a new project and he wants to use Flash Player for some of the page.

I love it when he finds new things. He is very creative and it is so interesting watching him create, for example, splash pages, web pages etc.

He is great at problem solving. He has the ability to work around things if he doesn't quite have the right program for a particular task. He's so clever. He thinks he is slow at things, especially academia because he is more practical but I get a little cross at him (lovingly), it doesn't matter if he is slower than some people academically for I tell you now that because of his practical way of thinking, when he does finish a project it is brilliant. It doesn't matter if it takes longer than some people, it's the end result that counts.

I admire him because he has overcome many obstacles. He came out of school barely able to read and write, because he suffered from dislexia and in those days it wasn't recognised. He also had to deal with the loss of his brother who died from cancer at just 8 years of age. Andy was 14 years old at the time. It tore the family apart because of the grief.

But Andy was determined, he educated himself when he left school and over time gained confidence in himself. And today, he still continues to push any boundaries through continual education and life experience.

We both believe strongly and live by this example that leaving school is just the beginning of a lifelong process of education and growth.

On a less serious note and going back to Andy's patience with the computer, Me, Dee has very little patience with the computer..he laughs at me because he says that I don't get road rage, I
get something on the border line of computer rage lol, but I am learning to be more patient.!

Mamma Mia - Trip To London - Sat 28th June

Today I, Dee am in London with a student we are going to watch the musical Mamma Mia. We arrived in London at 11am. Walked around China Town, that was cool. Never been there before. Went into some shops and the market at Picadilly Circus. I, Dee have never been to this part of London before.

There are a lot of restaurants, I saw a sign for Theatre Land and it certainly was like that, everywhere you looked there were theatres.

There was a lot to do to keep us occupied until the show started at 3pm. There were lots of different shops, especially souvenir shops, restaurants of all different cuisines, theatres, cinema's, some casinos, a bowling alley etc. It really is a cool place..

I bought a little led light souvenir for our son, he loved it when I gave it to him when he got home.

Then we had lunch at McDonald's.! Then went and watched the musical Mamma Mia at the Prince Of Wales Theatre. To get the day and time we wanted we had to book three weeks in advance, the production is very popular. And now I know why...it was fantastic.!!!!

We highly recommend anyone to go and see it. This was my first theatre show since I was about 6 years old and it never appealed to me until now. I have discovered a new interest..I like theatre.

we took a train home straight after the show. Got home about 7.45pm. I was exhausted but very happy and enjoyed the whole experience. Couldn't wait to tell Andy all about it.

Andy stayed home with our son. He visited his parents then dropped Stephen off to a friend for a couple of hours. After picking him up he then took him to McDonald's at the Marina in Brighton. It was too chilly to go for a walk because of the wind so then came home. He cooked dinner, watched Dr Who..it's a really cool program, the series finale is on next week..bummer.! Mustn't miss that.!

He then picked me up from the train station.

Spent a relaxing evening with him watching the movie "The Kingdom" which I bought at HMV in London today, it was really good.

How People Can Stress You Out - Fri 27th June

It's been a very stressful week dealing with people. It is amazing how your life can be turned from harmony and peace to utter stress just by someone else's bad habits.

How does a person cope with it.! Well after tearing out the hair, and holding in the constant irritation until you are going to pop like a balloon the best thing we have found to do is to just be honest with the person who is being a constant irritation like an itchy rash and talk about it.

Unfortunately, in life a person can't just become a monk and go and hide in an Abbey or bury their head in sand...what kind of life is that.! Nothing will get done. So, one great solution is to show the person the door and throw them out of it closing the door behind them.! No, just kidding.

When it concerns your work it takes a bit more diplomacy but ultimately at the end of the day it is your own state of being that is more important, if the person still persists in their annoying habits. It is wise that when all is said and done, it is perfectly OK to disassociate yourself from that person.

Thankfully it never came to that and now harmony and peace is restored..Phew.!

Stephen rode the same pony as last week called Grey Lady and he rode her so much better, he is getting the hang of the rising trot and being able to control the pony at the same time. It's so wonderful watching him on the pony smiling away..he is loving it.!

Not a lot going on today..so what can we say..?

Oh Yes.! It was a beautiful sunny day so we went to Saltdean Beach.

Our son was a little disappointed at first when we realised it was too cold to go into the water and sunbathe on the beach because he wanted to try his new dinghy he had recently bought.

Andy and myself decided to go for a nice long stroll along the Undercliff Walk and Stephen chose to stay on the beach and go crabbing.

He soon got really excited because he caught 13 crabs..! The fishermen who were fishing near him on the same groining were shocked as they weren't even getting nibbles.! They said to Stephen that the crabs were to just as well have kept their mouths open. lol

Andy picked up a couple from the bucket and although they were small they were very aggressive and pinching his fingers...they gave it a good go.!

It was funny watching them scuttling their way back into the sea when we released them. The tide was coming in and dragging some of them into the sea. Maybe that is one of the reasons they have hard shells. They seem to get tossed and bashed about in the sea quite a bit.

Our son and a friend went Kayaking on Hove Lagoon again today...the weather is gorgeous.

Did a few short videos they were fun, while our son was having fun with the Kayak.

Just a thought and a tip for anyone who wants to do their own videos...For any kind of internet marketing, videos are the way to go. You don't have to be an expert to do video, people love real time videos from real people.

They are quick to do..you don't need to do long videos and you can do them almost anywhere. They are so much fun to do. It's almost like taking a photograph but with movement.!

Posting, Posting, Family Sunday - 22nd June

Another lovely family Sunday.! We did the usual..a sporty day..swimming and the gym. Didn't work out too hard today.

Our son loves jumping around on the giant float that the local swimming pool brings out on the weekends..

The atmosphere gets really charged with lots of excited children queuing up, itching to leap and bounce all over this nearly pool size bouncy castle.

It almost makes us adults want to join in with them.!!

Dee wrote a new article on Ezine Articles about the power of a master mind group. Once it gets approved we'll post the URL onto this blog.

Spent some time linking up a few old ezine articles that Dee wrote months ago using StumbleUpon, Del.icio.us and Google Reader, they were quite interesting to go through. It's amazing how linking has a powerful effect on our Google rankings.

Summer Sales - Shopping Trip - Twhirl Is So Cool - Fri 20th June

The summer sales are here...

Today we went to Brighton shopping.! Dee got a really good bargain she bought a new tennis racket at the summer sales reduced from £69.00 to £20.00. Andy bought some nice new T-Shirts.

Stephen bought more Star Wars lego. He collects them and plays with them all the time. They are pretty cool, there are all sorts of characters and ships and he loves putting the pieces together and then form his own games with the miniature figures etc.

Came home, Andy went to the gym while I cooked dinner. Put some add ons into our flock browsers. Cool stuff. Flock is great for integrating programs. For instance, to add a feed to Google Blog Reader is just one click.!

Signed up to Pownce so when we use Twhirl, the Twitter Client, it will post our updates there also. Twhirl is so cool, here are just a few functions it does...it automatically shortens URLs, connects to mulitiple Twitter and Friendfeed accounts so again saving loads of time by not having to go into the separate accounts. It's called Cross posting updates. We're still playing around with it and exploring its other functions.

And of course, being Web 2.0 it's free. :-)

Climbing The Wall...Hanging Around.! - Thurs 19th June

Today our son with a couple of friends went Rock Climbing in Brighton at an indoor climbing wall. His two friends were shattered after about an hour.! Stephen kept climbing and climbing. They all had a great time. Sorry no pics or vids today on their venture as Andy forgot the camera :-0).

Meanwhile, while the children were enjoying themselves climbing walls, Andy went shopping and bought a pair of blue mocisan slippers.

Oh and also cooked a curry they were all very hungry when they came home.!

Andy discovered Twhirl. He is so excited about it because it is connected to Twitter and so when you post on Twhirl you are also posting to Twitter at the same time.. Cool...Web 2.0 is great.

We Need Bees - How About That.! - Wed 18th June

Andy did his usual this morning, sent mass email, etc.

Took our son and a friend horse riding today, he is getting better at it...starting to get the hang of trotting.

Watched Bee Movie this evening..it was really good. Loved the remark at the beginning that said, "Scientists say that bees shouldn't be able to fly because of their short wings and fat bodies, but bees don't seem to care what humans think they fly anyway.!"

We didn't know this, but we need bees. Interesting eh.!

We also got thinking that we need to be productive and have a purpose otherwise it upsets the balance of life, just like what happened in the movie.

We really recommend it.!

We Went To The Zoo - Tues 17th June

Today we went to Druscillas. It is a zoo in East Sussex about a thirty minute drive from our home.

We had a fantastic day.! The weather was perfect...it didn't rain.! lol

Newhaven Fort - Attention.!! - Mon 16th June

Andy took our son and a couple of friends to Newhaven Fort today..It is a real cool place, it is an old military fort built on top of a cliff. It was the first Fort of its kind and it is an amazingly huge feat of human ingenuity and engineering.

They even cut tunnels right down through to the bottom of the cliff where the old gun batteries once were.

Now it is a museum but it has had a very interesting history. Alas, Andy didn't take any pictures...but good news...!

Our son did, he took some cracking pictures as you can see here above.

I, Dee stayed home again and relaxed.!

Home Alone - Sun 15th June

Finished off bits and bob around the house..Andy took our son Stephen swimming and he then went to meet gym.!

I, Dee uploaded the New Testament audio into Itunes ready to synch to my ipod.

I was home alone..so took advantage of the peace and quiet (:-) and wrote my lesson plan for the Mental Cleanse..it was Chapter 9 on Wednesday about Persistence..I really liked this one because it made me realise how easy Persistence is when you have certain principles in place.

For example, this is some of what I wrote:

"1. Definite Purpose, burning desire, - Finding my purpose in life, find out about ME.! Then my burning desires become inflamed.!
2. Definite Plan – Knowing and having the facility to be able to create and act on a definite plan
3. Closed To Negatives – Being properly shown and taught how to do this, through understanding and action
4. Friendly alliance – finding out that there is such a thing as a friendly alliance, being able to properly choose the people within the friendly alliance. And especially know and have the ability of which people to keep out.!

This then leads to the next question I first asked myself when I started doing my lesson plans 16 months ago and still echoes through my subconscious is “How do I know when to give up on something and when to realise that I’m flogging a dead horse.?”

This question is easily answered now that I have the list of 4 things above consistently in place. It is like this, I am standing in the circle of life and all around me joined together in strength are the four listed steps. These catch all that I need to have success and fulfilment in my life and draw them to me.

And the four steps also repel all the things that will not benefit me. This is a tight circle that gives me the freedom to live my life as I want to live my life. Not how society, governments or trends dictate how I should live my life.

I have discovered that Persistence is a natural process when the correct mindset and development through the 4 steps are in place.

People spend so much doing and not taking the time to listen, think and meditate on the whole reason and purpose as to why each individual person is here. Some people like I used to, don't know whether they are coming or going.

So on a less serious note..we're off to the zoo on Tuesday, looking forward to that. We haven't been to the zoo in yonks.! Can't wait to post the videos and pictures of this family day trip within the next few days.

Spring Cleaning We Mean Summer Cleaning .! - Sat 14th June

I, Dee played tennis this morning it was so good, I was right on form..mind you I haven't been playing for very long but I was very pleased with how I played today. The last couple of weeks I've been pants.!

Cleaned out junk today...it's amazing how much junk we collect. It felt so good to have a clearout.

And an even better thought we recycled most of what we threw out. We like to do our part for the environment.

Andy gave the gym a rest today...We are both exhausted from our clearout...but it's goooood. Got more space to fill with more junk.!

Relaxed this evening went to bed midnight..fairly early night tonight.

Went To The Cinema To See The Hulk - Fri 13th June

Today is the day we have been looking forward to, particularly our son. The new movie of The Hulk has come out.

We saw the new movie of The Hulk this evening. It was a good movie but not as good as the last Hulk movie. So not a 10 out of 10 this time.

Watching the previews before the film started we saw loads of good new movies coming out this summer. Looks like we will be camping out at the cinema this year.! lol

We have already struck off the calender at what's coming up. Hancock looks like the one to see with Wil Smith.

Feeling A Little Horse.. Thurs 12th June 08

Today was Denise's day to go horse riding even though she had not planned to..We took our son horse riding and because we use a particular riding school and Denise is an experienced what I (Andy) call horsey person and she helps out a lot with saddling up most of the horses that are booked for riding during riding lessons etc.

Ray the owner and trainer will often ask Denise if she would like to ride a horse that needs some exercise and are not booked to be ridden.

So today she got to have a ride and loved every minute of it, and I videoed her riding

It is the first time she has seen herself on video ridding a horse.

Afterwards we came home and I (Andy) went straight to the gym for a work out..I did 30 minutes cardio and then weights.

Denise did dinner, we had a curry and it was very nice. Then after a short time of relaxing we did some more work on computer whilst drinking tea and eating a few chocolate biscuits mmmmmm yummmy..!

And now we are off to bed, so good night...snoozzzzZZZZZ.

Sporty Wednesday... 11th June 08

After my (Andy's) usual daily internet business routine. We did our usual Wednesday stuff.

Wednesday is our weekly food shopping day and our son's sports day too, which means we drove him into Brighton to play some sporting activity, this week they played hockey, meanwhile Denise and myself relaxed and had a nice cup of tea whilst we waited for his sports to finish.

Then we drove down to Brighton Marina parked the car and took him bowling with a friend. whilst we went for a nice walk and looked at the cool boats etc.

After that we did our weekly shopping in ASDA which is partly owned by Walmart now.

We came home packed away the shopping together and then it was about time to cook dinner, which I (Andy) cooked and it was very nice even if I do say so myself. :-)

After that we did some more work on the computer and then went on our weekly self development training called the 30 Day Mental Cleanse, It was a great call. Some people handed in some amazing lesson plans.

Animal Sanctuary - Tues 10th June

We had another great day out at Raystede Animal Sanctuary. Dee was scared to feed the geese at first but with my, Andy's encouragement she overcome her fear and she loved it as you will see in the video :-)

We had a fantastic family day out watching our son Kayaking as you can see from the video.

We went on our skills training call with Michael Dlouhy this evening. He read out the email that Andy wrote this morning which he sent to our prospects to remind them about the skills training call. Our Relaxing Weekend - Sat 7th & Sun 8th June

Saturday 07 June 08.. Denise played tennis on Saturday morning, Andy dropped our son over to his cousins to stay the night.

Denise cut the grass, weeded the garden and watered her flowers with Miracle Grow. The flowers have been looking a bit sick so she has been feeding them for the past week or so with Miracle Grow and already they are looking better. She loves her flowers. Everytime we walk pass them when leaving the house she always stops to look at them and often makes comments about them.

Later we had dinner, Andy was the chef this evening. Very nice dinner too.! Andy did his usual daily business tasks. He played around a bit more with the web browser Flock...it is so much better than Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Also looked at getting a feed for our Youtube account as they don't automatically produce one. It would be great to have the Youtube feed on all our blogs.

Youtube has also placed a new feature..it is the annotation button which is next to the "edit" button. Really handy, as now you can place annotations straight onto your video from Youtube. There is also a link underneath the "annotation" button for tutorials.

Today Sunday is swimming day, Andy worked out in the gym. Afterwards we drove over to get our son from his cousins.

It was a beautiful sunny day today so we went for a walk on the undercliff walk whilst our son went crabbing. Although it was very busy on the beach and loads of people walking and cycling on the undercliff walk, it still had a sense of calmness and relaxation. It's amazing how the sea has that affect on people. No one is in a hurry.!

The heather growing on the cliff face was giving off a lovely scent, we love this time of year.

Came home relaxed for a while, had dinner and watched a bit of TV. Flash Gordon, (the series) Dee loves that program and also watched the modernised version of Jack and the Beanstalk. Jack was a hero, he did what was right after his ancestor Jack stole things that nearly destroyed a world. Cool.!

Horsing Around.! - 5th June

Yesterday 5th June 08. We did a video of our son horse riding. See below

Today 6th June 08, took our son to Youth Club for about an hour, came back, Denise was busy round the house with her Ipod in her ears as usual. I, Andy went to the gym, did a weight training workout, no cardio today.

Denise did her Mental Cleanse lesson from Wednesday about Decision from the book "Think And Grow Rich, here is a short excerpt from her lesson:

"There comes a time in a person’s life where you cannot procrastinate anymore because once you’ve put things off those opportunities have moved onto someone else. And then life just passes you by, quite often like ships in the night and you don’t even realise it. Then on the other hand it is blatantly obvious you’ve missed the opportunity because maybe someone you know has taken that opportunity which is something your subconscious mind has been screaming at you and you didn’t listen or couldn’t hear properly because of the negative chatter and it is only after the fact you realised."

Great Night's Sleep - Happy Day.! - 4th June

We had a great night's sleep after our early night and felt nicely refreshed for the day. Did the usual morning routine again, checked email and had our daily dose of the lovely tasting Limu Plus .

Then I Andy, showered had a shave, cleaned teeth, rinsed with mouthwash, and then ironed some clean clothes and got dressed, it was a nice sunny day today so I wore shorts, t-shirt and open sandals. Some people call them (Jesus shoes) well, I've got to get my feet brown too..!

Dee pretty much did the same too,,! Then we collected up all the rubbish we recycle, put it into the boot of the car and took it to the recycle bins etc.

Then it was time to do our weekly food shopping which we did and then we filled the car up with petrol. How expensive is it getting.! It was £1.14.9 per litre, if this keeps up Britain will end up on some kind of national strike again..!

Anyway, after we finished shopping etc and came home. We checked our email again did a bit of work on the computer again.

I, Andy went to the gym for a workout and got back just in time for a lovely dinner cooked by Dee my lovely wife.

We did a quick video, but we weren't completely happy with it, and as we were running out of time because we were going on our self development call at 8pm we decided to do it again tomorrow.

Then at 8pm UK time we went on our self development training live call..which was cool stuff.!

We are both now working on our computers again checking email, calling leads, social bookmarking on Social Marker and blogging our MLM Daily Diary.

We Need An Early Night..! - 3rd June

Hi all,

We did our usual email checks, sending welcome emails to our new prospects and mass emailed our team today's live conference call etc.

We were quite tired today because we have had quite a few late nights and early mornings lately. So we decided to stick to doing the very basic routine tasks.

But couldn't resist changing our Twitter background picture. So I, Andy put a lovely picture that Denise had taken when she was in Wales visiting her mum and family. Downloaded a new browser called Flock today also....it is sooooo coool.!

Denise cooked dinner at around 6pm, But I, Andy did not want any dinner today.

We took our son and his friend bowling at the bowling ally in the Brighton Marina, they had a great time they even got a free game each whilst Denise and myself had a nice glass of beer and relaxed whilst watching them.

Just had a quick look through one of our prospects' company policies & procedures.

Now we are going to bed to have a nice early night..!

We Love What We Do - 2nd June

After checking our email and sending out welcome emails to new prospects we took our son to his Drama class in Brighton. He wants to be a Hollywood actor one day.

Went shopping at the mall in Brighton, Denise bought some hair accessories.

Came home, Andy did a coaching call and it lasted one hour. Really great call.

It's refreshing to no longer need or want to constantly pitch people everywhere we go and see people as potential business builders and customers or walking cash signs. We build our business through the internet and on the telephone and never pitching or selling to anyone anymore.

Denise updated our hubpages today and put RSS feeds on them. We came across one of her articles in the hubpages about Cinderella.

Went on self a development training call about how to call leads easily and without fear. People shared their testimonies that since they have had our training that they now can phone and talk to people and enjoy doing it. Denise shared that she had never phoned anyone before the training and she never would have done it either.

Tired now so going to bed, goodnight.

Typical Sunday But Nice - 1st June

It has been a busy but nice day today. Had a lie in this morning and checked emails while sat up in bed with laptop. We love today's technology.! Posted this blog to some blog submission sites as well.

Took our son swimming. The big float wasn't out today due to staff shortages at our local swimming pool. It's great watching him diving on and off it. They had smaller floats instead.

Meanwhile we went to the gym, Andrew did a weight workout and I did light cardio for 50 minutes. Listened to Chapter 8, Decision from "Think And Grow Rich" audio book on my ipod whilst I, Denise worked out.

After that we went to B&Q a DIY shop in the UK. Looking for bath mat sets. How difficult was it to find something we liked.! Bought three sets. But not quite what we wanted, but they will do for now.

Throughout the day we have had some more downloads of our free ebook. Sent them welcome emails.

Cos we both work from home which is quite nice we both changed the beds today to muck in to keep the home "Ship Shape and Bristol Fashion". Soon we'll have to get in a cleaner :-)

Cooked dinner, we both feel really bloated as our eyes were bigger than our bellies.! lol.

Watched some telly then we both got out our laptops sat side by side and did some marketing on the net. It's great that we can work side by side like that.

Anyone for Tennis.? - 31st May

Well, today just whizzed by...it was a typical Saturday for us. Andrew dropped me, Denise off this morning to play tennis.

It was great fun. We used the ball machine, that made me sweat.!

Andrew popped into Brighton with our son to pick up our nephew as he is staying the night.

We are building a good relationship with many of our prospects as they go through the training of our mentoring for free system for duplicating a network marketing business.

Had some more leads this morning, sent out the welcome emails. Had quite a few the last few days. Had to recreate our blog because wordpress didn't like our daily diary blog on their server so now we're using blogspot.

Denise cooked spaghetti bolognaise for dinner, it was delicious. Not good for the waistline though. And now it's time for bed.

It's been a nice warm sunny day which is a refreshing change from all the rain we've had the last few day.

We are both sitting next to each other playing on our laptops…and we are having so much fun. Andrew says hi, cos he’s not in this video but he was sitting right next to me responding to his emails on his laptop this evening…LOL.!

We are sitting here writing this blog and drinking coffee at 37 minutes past midnight. What an exciting and fulfilling day it has been :-)

Today we made three home videos about our free training program….it was so much fun. We managed to load them up to Youtube as well. When we first started doing videos about 10 months ago it used to take us almost a whole day just to think of what to say…set up…edit and upload to Youtube with only one video.

Now it’s easy and we love being in front of the camera especially together, spinning off each other adlibbing as we go. The funny thing is it works..people love our videos.

We don’t see many husband and wife teams working from home together in harmony……WOW.! Do you think we could start a trend..lol

Went on the Monday night (UK time) call. Michael Dlouhy hosted the call…it was so profound because the subject he was talking about was the same as one of the videos we did today and had just loaded up to Youtube moments before the call…talk about being in tune with the universe.!

Then we started social bookmarking one of our videos…will finish the rest tomorrow…yawn

Putting Value On The Simple Things In Life..May 25 2008

We were pondering today on how we value things in our lives. For instance when thinking about achieving success it is important to remember that putting value on the simple things in life will place far greater value on financial success.

It is important to build good wholesome foundations in our lives so that we can truly enjoy every moment of our lives. The saying in the video below is so profound and very true. But for it to be anyone’s reality they will have to make a deliberate conscious effort to take in the simple things in life.

Spent ages updating Squidoo blogs by putting feeds and new videos on them. But thanks to RSS feeds they are now pretty much automated. :-)

Talked to one of our team leaders on Skype today and brain stormed about definite business plans and creative ideas with him . It was very inspiring.

YouTube Marketing Tips. May 24 2008

Today we went through our YouTube account and sorted out our messages. We replied to the comments made on our videos.

Just a tip for you all. When people make comments on your videos either good or bad, then reply to those comments. It shows that you are active and helps your ratings. Great conversations take place on comments.!

Also why not look around other videos that genuinely interest you and leave a comment on those sites. But make sure you don’t just leave your name and website like an advert…it is RUDE.! It will not be appreciated and will get deleted.

Leaving decent genuine comments is known as backlinking and if you do this on good content…Google loves it especially as they own YouTube. This will help your rankings considerably.

We also had 2 great coaching calls today. Andrew took these and he came off very inspired and uplifted as he talked people through our free mentoring and training program.

Did a few adverts on Craigslist…it’s great because it’s Free and a very popular classifieds site.

New Indiana Jones Movie May 21 and 23rd 2008

Thursday morning…..Did our usual daily business tasks. Mass emailed our MFF list inviting them onto our free live generic training calls.

Dee did a load of spring cleaning…summer now lol.

Had a family evening out…went to the bowling alley for a burger…It was a delicious Angus Burger.!

Then we went to see the New Indiana Jones Movie…we found it entertaining, a little bit far fetched. Our rating out of 10….6

Today Friday…Checked email in the morning..had a prospect who wanted us to call him about our MLM business…had a reasonably relaxing day today. Our son spent most of the day out playing with his friends. Andy cooked dinner and we watched a DVD movie at home….Gladiatress, it was quite funny.

Now we’re going to bed..Goodnight.!

Had a busy but a stress free day May 21 2008

Checked the email this morning, took our son to his weekly sports activity. We did our weekly food shopping, did that in 35 minutes…a record for us…we had to be back home for a 3 way coaching call with our friend and mentor Michael Dlouhy and a business prospect.

It was a great 3 way call about an hour long, but seemed like 5 minutes.! While Andy was on the coaching call, Denise did her lesson plan for a free self development program called “The Mental Cleanse” where we study Napoleon Hill’s book “Think And Grow Rich”.

Prepared dinner….salad..yum.! Then we went onto the “The Mental Cleanse” call, it was great.!

Spent the rest of the evening posting to social network sites and editing a couple of videos for our blogs.

We had a lovely family day out today. We did our usual which was take our son swimming, left him to play on the huge bouncy island float in the water while we both had a work out in the gym. So refreshing.! Andy was looking quite fit in his new workout T-shirt

Denise did one and a half hours of light cardio and light weight workout and found it very refreshing…especially as she hasn’t been feeling too well the last week (fluey cold).

This evening while sitting here in our lounge drinking tea with laptop on lap, we discovered how to find and put our Twitter RSS Feed into this blog. That was fun…! It was very easy once we figured it out..
